FlashMob "Kara Zhorga"

Any dance is a benefit for the body, which develops and strengthens health and has a beneficial effect on immunity, improves blood circulation, and prevents stagnation in muscles and tissues. Dancing exercises significantly strengthen blood vessels and the cardiovascular system, they increase the useful volume of the lungs and help to normalize breathing, eliminate shortness of breath and improve oxygen supply to the lungs.

As part of the Marathon "30 Steps to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the team of the Center for Simulation and Educational Technologies performed the Flash Mob "Kara Zhorga" as a physical exercise.

In order to promote a healthy lifestyle with the help of dance, the center's staff conduct between classes during a long break, and the “Kara Zhorga” dance has a beneficial effect on the muscles and joints of the shoulders.
