On October 5-6, 2021, the International Scientific and Practical Forum "Scientific and Pedagogical Schools of Therapy and Preventive Medicine" in Moscow was held. The Forum program covered a wide range of issues and problems of training physicians/therapists, the issues of integrating science and education, the history of the creation of scientific therapeutic schools, the organization of student scientific units, conducting clinical analyzes, and the use of simulation technologies in training therapists were discussed.

Within the framework of the Forum program, there were 55 presentations in various directions, of which there were 14 sections with 5 symposia, 6 round tables and 3 master classes. Gulshat Kemelova represented “Medical University of Karaganda” and made a presentation about “Formation of clinical competence in "Internal Diseases" in the Master class section: “Methods of training physicians using simulation technologies”.  Russian colleagues noted the experience of KMU as advanced, and a number of areas aroused interest for cooperation, joint research and publications.
