Raising the potential of health workers for emergency care in Karazhal

Aisha Abenovna, the coach of the Center for
Simulation and Educational technologies NCJSC “KMU" from April 21 to 23,
2021, conducted training “The Basic Emergency Skills" for the staff (30
people) of the Central Hospital, Karazhal.
Listeners honed their skills to automatism on
algorithms of emergency actions. All clinical skills are performed in
accordance with the national first-aid protocols and meet the international
standards of BLS, ACLS, PALS, ThLS.

Coach Echetova A.A used clinical cases from
real practice, which contributed to better learning skills during the training.
At the end of the training, debriefing was carried out, errors in assistance
were dealt with, and the tactics of medical care at the pre-hospital stage were
practiced. At the end of the seminar, all participants noted the high
organization and accessible quality of the information provided, noted the need
to train constantly for developing and consolidating the algorithms to assist
emergency with using various simulators, mannequins and simulation
technologies.
Aisha Abenovna is a physician with the highest
qualification category and she has more than 40 years of clinical experience.
As a pensioner, she continued until recently to work as a senior on-duty doctor
at the SOE "Regional Emergency
Medical Station, Karaganda, so she knows critical situations requiring urgent
medical care at a high professional level. Aisha Abenovna shared her valuable
experience in the organization of emergency medical care in Karazhal.
