The II Congress of Republic Kazakhstan of immunologists was held on 4-5 October 2019 in the Nur-Sultan city. The congress was attended by residents of the specialty "Allergology-Immunology, including children" Bekmukhambetova M.E., Galaton E.A. The conference speakers were leading experts from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Austria. In particular, Rudolf Valenta was invited. He is a specialist in the sphere of molecular allergy diagnostics, the founder of the ISAC test and also the professor of the Vienna Medical University

Within the conference, achievements in the field of diagnostics and modern standards of treatment of patients with primary immunodeficiency were widely reported, consultations of leading specialists with clinical examinations of children with primary immunodeficiencies were given, master classes in laboratory diagnostics of NAO, TREC \ KREC tests were conducted.

 We also wish to commend the reports by Professor R. Valent. He said that the supervision of patients with allergies should be fully based on molecular allergy diagnostics.

Residents allergologists-immunologists, led by a mentor, MD, professor M. Gazalieva, once again made sure that the modern allergology-immunology has entered a new round of development, which significantly increases the effectiveness of treatment.
