1. In accordance with articles 35, 36 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Joint-Stock Companies”, article 178 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Property” by Order No. 230 of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 17, 2019. The composition of the Board of Directors of "Medical University of Karaganda" NCJSC was formed. It is represented by:

Abishev Olzhas Amangeldiyevich - Vice Minister of Health Care of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Badina Julia Viktorovna - independent director;

Dosmagambetova Raushan Sultanovna - Chairman of the Board, Rector of the "Medical University of Karaganda" NCJSC;

Zorin Boris Viktorovich - Independent Director;

Kadyukov Nikolay Viktorovich - Deputy Chairman of the Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Petrenko Yelena Stepanovna - independent director;

Sydykova Saule Ilyasovna - Acting Director of the Department of Science and Human Resources of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2. In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of May 31, 2019. (Report No. 1) Abishev Olzhas Amangeldiyevich - Vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Medical University of Karaganda” NCJSC.

3. In accordance with articles 35, 36 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Joint-Stock Companies”, Article 178 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Property”, paragraph 44 of the Articles of Association of “Medical University of Karaganda” NCJSC by order No. 29 ж/в dated April 1, 2019 Raushan Sultanovna Dosmagambetova was appointed Chairman of the Board-Rector.

4. In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of May 31, 2019. (Protocol No. 1) an executive body was formed - the Board of the "Medical University of Karaganda" NCJSC in the following composition:

Hendrickson Waiva - First Vice Rector (Provost);

Bakhyt Nurgaliyevna Kosherova - Vice-Rector for Clinical Work;

Turmukhambetova Anar Akylbekovna - Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Science;

Viktor Petrovich Riklefs - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs;

Tusupova Kamshat Maratovna - Vice Rector - Director of the Institute of Public and Professional Health;

Bekturganov Zakir Zakaryanovich - Managing Director.

6. In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of May 31, 2019. (Protocol No. 1) the organizational structure "Medical University of Karaganda" was formed.
