Ryazan State Medical University named after academician I.P. Pavlov is the oldest, but at the same time, a dynamically developing university in Russia. Strong teaching staff, the introduction of innovative teaching and medical technologies, allowed the University to enter the world ranking of the Round University Rankings. The University has students from more than 50 countries of Europe, the CIS, Africa and Asia.

From the 22th to 30^th of April Associate Professor of the №3 Department of Internal Disease, Bacheva Irina Viktorovna, within the framework of the academic mobility program, visited the Ryazan State Medical University named after I.P. Pavlov. Training session were held at the Department of Urology and Nephrology.

The teaching consisted of a combination of traditional and active teaching methods with interactive analysis of clinical cases on such topics as urinary tract infections, including those in pregnant women, chronic kidney disease, acute kidney damage, issues of nephroprotection were discussed. The author's problem lecture "Paraproteinosis" was read to the ordinators. After the training sessions, I. Bacheva. participated in evaluating differentiated tests and midterm control of students and residents.

During the academic mobility Bacheva I.V. got acquainted with the structure and medical work of the City Clinical Hospital No. 11, participated in rounds in the nephrology department and the department of dialysis, discussing the issues of diagnosis and treatment of specialized patients.
