Within the framework of academic mobility, teaching staff  assistant Professor of the of the Department of obstetrics, gynecology and Perinatology, "Medical University of  Karaganda»  NC JSC  Zhanabaeva  Symbat  Umirzakovna  was at the Department of obstetrics and gynecology of South Kazakhstan Medical Academy JSC (SKMA JSC) from 15 to 26 April 2019.

During the work assistant Professor got acquainted with the documentation and methodological work of the Department of obstetrics and gynecology: interactive teaching methods, educational journals of  SKMA JSC, also with  the structure of the clinical base of the RPC №1, where the Department and the main building of SKMA  JSC is located.

Within the framework of this academic mobility, lessons in the group of  I GMP – 25-17 – 7th course  of the "General medicine" specialty were held, the direction of study "General medical practice", in the discipline "Obstetrics and gynecology in General medical practice", in the amount of  2 credits (90 hours of practical training and IWIT).

I conducted practical classes of the most relevant themes of obstetrics and gynecology according to the previously compiled calendar-thematic plan  by  the Department of obstetrics and gynecology of SKMA JSC. During the practical training, emphasis is placed on differential diagnosis, also the clinical protocols of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan on obstetrics and gynecology were analyzed.

Role game on the topic: medical examination of pregnant women and gynecological patients using elements of communication skills and stages of counseling was conducted.

In the center of practical skills with interns of  group GMP – 25-17 the lessons on current topics were held.

According to the results of these lessons, the interns presented scientific essays on relevant topics.
