Generous holiday az-Nauryz

On March 19, 2019, the school of nursing education held a festive event dedicated to Nauryz with the participation of students, SGC activists, curators, teachers and the Dean's office. According to the scenario, the indicators were the customs and traditions of the steppe nomadic people: betashar, aitys, wrestling. Also during the festival were organized national games and songs,as well as continued for dastarkhan Kydyr ata.
The ancient holiday of celebrating the new year Nauryz was celebrated on March 22 on the day of equinox with the arrival of spring, with the period of renewal of nature, people rejoiced at the sun, wishing goodness, health, well-being to each other. He has another name, Ulys Kuni (“The First Day of the New Year”) or Ulystyn Uly Kuni (“The Great Day of the People”). It is believed that a generous celebration of the Nauryz holiday will bring abundance and success for the whole year to the house. These beliefs explain the abundance of holiday rituals and customs.
