The Eighteenth has taken off !
The football championship in Kazakhstan will begin in
less than a month. The football season is already open at Karaganda Medical
University. On February 16, the Games of the I round of the XVIII championship
of the university have started.
9 teams representing specialties and faculties of NSC “MUK” took part in the tournament: “Therapy” (captain Nurushev Zharkyn), “Dentistry” (captain Karimov Zhandarbek), “Surgery” (captain Halmetov Bakhrom), “GP” (captain Tolegenov Akzhol) , “Internship” (captain Almat Kairbekov), “Pharmaceutical” (captain Sarsenbai Nurdaulet),” Pediatrics” (captain Zermukhanbetov Ansar), “Academia” (captain Serikbayev Diar) and “Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery” (captain Murat Daut).
The games of the first two rounds passed without sensations. The reigning champion "Dentistry" won two games, scoring 34 goals and missing 1. Vice-champions "GP" unexpectedly lost 2 points by drawing 11:11 with debutants "Pharmaceutics", with a good goalkeeper Orazbek Kaysar. With regard to goalkeepers, we note the progress of the "Therapy" and "Surgery" goalkeepers Zharkyn Nurushev and Alexei Shilov. Both goalkeepers add confidence to their partners with reliable actions and strenghten the team's performance. Three victories at the start + serious strengthening of the team are to indicate that "Therapy" is going to compete with the "Dentistry" for the "gold" of the championship. “Internship” started not so good as usual. We are waiting for the strengthening of the team game from "Pediatrics", “Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery” and "Academy".
In general, the fight in the championship promises to be serious. We invite all football fans to support their teams in championship games.
