The sports celebration.
The 45th anniversary sports competition among faculty and staff of KSMU took place from 14th to 18th of January. The main goal of the competition is promoting the healthy lifestyle, meeting the need for physical activity and the participation of teachers and staff in the mass sports movement.
After the festive opening ceremony, which was attended by the representatives of the administration and the deans of schools, the competition in the following sports began:
volleyball, table tennis, mini football, togyz-kumalak, checkers, chess, arm wrestling, tug-of-war, relay races, skiing, shooting.
On the sports fields there were the spirit of struggle, genuine emotions - the joy of victory, the grief of loss.
According to the results of the competitions in the overall standings, the first place was won by the School of Public Health and Pharmacy team
The second place was won by the School of Dentistry team
And the third place was won by the School of Nursing Education team
The winners and prize-winners were awarded with the trophy, certificates and cash prizes.
