For the second time in a row, the players of the “Dentistry” team (captain Z.Karimov) celebrate the victory in the championship of KSMU. Becoming the winners of the autumn championship, the players decided not to give up the champion title in the XVII championship.

On the eve of the new year, the university championship was over. From November to December, the student teams competed for the title of the best football team of KSMU. Teams of dormitory №6 (captain Tleuov Aslan), dormitory №7 (captain Akhmedov Maksat) and "Military Department" (captain Inkarbek Beybarys), "Surgery" (Halmetov Bakhrom), "Pediatrics" (Asainov Saken), "GP" (Tolegenov Akzhol) and "Dentistry" teams took part in the championship.

From the first games, there began the rivalry of two teams - "Dentistry" and "GP". The first round game ended in a draw 9: 9. It seemed  as a result of the derby, the chances of “GP” for “gold” were preferable, but an unexpected failure in the penultimate round with “Surgery” 8:8, made the hopes of “GP” for victory elusive.

“Dentistry” team became the footbal champion of KSMU for the second time in a row.

  All team players who took prize-winning places were awarded with memorable prizes.

    According to the results of the tournament the symbolic team of the championship was defined:

  “The Best Goalkeeper” – Shilov Aleksey (“Surgery”);

  “The Best Striker” – Halmetov Bakhrom  (“Surgery”);

  “The Best Player” – Asainov Saken (“Pediatrics”);

   In addition, the additional nominations for encouragement of the participants were introduced:

  “The Most Technical Player”  –  Rakhymbaev Alibek ( GP);

  “The Most Useful Player” –  Maratulu Bektur (“Dentistry”) 

   "The discovery of the Season – Orazbek Kaisar(“Dormitory 7”) and Akhmedov Maksat (“Dormitory 7”) .

  All the winners of individual nominations were also awarded with valuable prizes.
