From 29.09.2018 to 08.10.2018 as part of the ProInCa project “Promoting the Innovation Capacity for Health Services’ Transition”, a workshop were held in the cities of Helsinki and Lahti (Finland). From our university in the workshop and master class was attended by the dean of  SPH B. Serik, the teacher of the department of nursing, I. B. Meyermanova and master student of "Public Health" Zh.M. Kuanysh.

  On the first day, the seminar on the topic “Scientific research in the field of nursing” (NRF; HOTUS) was held in Helsinki. There was also an introduction to the strategic management of nurses at HUS. At Lahti University of Applied Sciences on 02.10.2018 were the intensive seminar and master class on the theme “Leadership in Nursing”.

  The purpose of the intensive workshop was to develop educational materials for managers of guidelines, nurses and university professors to help strengthen leadership capacity in healthcare organizations.

  Also during the master class lectures were heard on the following topics:

1. PhD doctorate in Finland.

2. Nursing Management of health care in the Pajjät-Häme Social and Healthcare centre.

Lectures were delivered by Risto Raivio, MD, Chief Physician of the Clinical Knowledge Support and Primary Health Care, and by Pirjo Orr, Director of Nursing at Pyayat-Häme Central Hospital.

  On the last day, the participants visited a simulation center for bachelor of nursing students.

At the end of the master class, all participants were awarded certificates.
