On November16, 2017 a meeting of the Dissertation Commitee was held in the university.

The meeting of the Dissertation Committee was opened by the Chairman, Doctor of Medical SciencesАnar Akylbekovna Turmukhambetova, who familiarized all members with the agenda.

On the agenda was theses defense for the award of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Topics of dissertations were devoted to the urgent issues of medicine: "Optimization of pregnancy with pathology of the urinary system in the structure of extragenital pathology"(doctoral candidate I.V.Bacheva, scientific advisers Noylya Saphiyevna Umbetalina – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Therapeutic Disciplines of the Karaganda State Medical University, Nino Tabagary –Bregvadze – PhD doctor, Professor, Dean of Medical Faculty of Medical University named named after  Tvildiany, Tbilisy, Georgia) and"Biomechanical substantiation of shock-wave therapy application in patients with knee osteoarthritis" (doctoral candidate L.S Minbaeva, scientific advisers Nailya Igorevna Sheveleva – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Therapeutic Disciplines of the Karaganda State Medical University, Alvydas Juocevicius –PhD doctor, Professor, Head of the Rehabilitation, Physical and Sports Medicine Department of Vilnius University Santaros Clinicos, Vilnius, Lithuania) and "Comparative evaluation of deferent approaches for allergen-specific immunotherapy of pollinosis"(doctoral candidate U.Sh. Saltabayeva, scientific advisers Marina AlekseevnaMorenko - Doctor of Medical Sciences, head of the Department of Children's Diseases No. 1, JSC "Medical University Astana"; Rosenson Rafail Iosifovich - Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor of the Department of Children's Diseases No.1, JSC "Medical University Astana",Garib Victoria - PhD, professor, Vice President of International Universities for Molecular Allergology and Immunology, researcher at the Medical University of Vienna, Austria).

The members of the Dissertation Committee, as well as formal reviewers, particularly noted the relevance, theoretical and practical urgency of research topics.
