Basic module course «HR-Basic»
December 21-22, 2017 the Department of Human Resources Management organized a basic modular course "HR-Basic". Training is conducted by a certified business trainer, PhD in Psychology Oksana Kondratenko (Kiev, Ukraine).
Objective: To increase the effectiveness of human resource management.
The master class is conducted for specialists in the field of human resources management, heads of structural divisions.
In the framework of the course, the participants are introduced to the best European tools: HR strategy, personnel assessment and certification, motivation diagnostics, pay-as-result systems, additional incentives for training and development, compensation packages and budgeting.
The course examines non-standard approaches aimed at optimizing the quantity and quality of a human resource.
