"Video endoscopic technologies in surgery of the gastrointestinal tract"

Within the framework of celebrating the 26 anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Surgical Diseases No. 1 conducted a master class "Video endoscopic technologies in surgery of the gastrointestinal tract". Lecturer was Tokpanov Serik Imakovich, Honored worker of the RK, doctor of medical sciences, professor, chief surgeon of the RSE "Hospital of the Medical Center of the Presidential Affairs Department" of RK.

The program of this master class highlights the problematic issues of surgery of the gastrointestinal tract. Two operations were performed: the first one - "Gastroesophageal reflux disease with large diaphragmatic hernia", confirmed by roentgenology, laparoscopic fundoplication was performed, the second patient with the diagnosis: "Megadolicholone with manifest intestinal transit disorder", volume of the operation-left  hemicolectomy. Three lectures on the Iatrogenia in the surgery of the duodenobilitary tract “ were read by professor S.I. Tokpanovin the program of the master class. Professor shared his experience of endoscopic operations in biliary tract surgery, possible complications during interventions in this area, analyzed the errors, spoke about the solution of these problems, methods of prevention. The second topic is devoted to one of the most common modern diseases-gastroesophageal reflux disease. The third lecture was read by the head of the department  K.T. Shakeev on the topic "Technical features, hazards and complications for  laparoscopic interventions on the large intestine" in particular reconstructive and reconstructive surgery of the segmented intestine. There were specific practical recommendations for young residency surgeons on the prevention of possible errors in the surgery of the hepatobiliary tract and large intestine.
