The Championship is over
The XIV football
championship of the KSMU finished
with the golden match for the title of champion among
the teams of dormitories.11 teams representing dormitories, faculties and
specialties of KSMU and our traditional guest – the
team of KSTU took part in the tournament.During two month, heated football battles of the best
students’ teams of KSMU had been carried
out in the gym at the 32 Erubaeva street. Every Saturday and Sunday from
morning till evening, 12 students’ teams had been competed for the title of the
champion.
The great tradition to determine the winner of the championship only in the last game of the tournament became a characterizing feature of the Championships of KSMU.The XIV championship was no exception, the fate of the first place was determined in the meeting of the "Lodgers" (captain Zhunisov Omіrkhan)and "Internship" teams (captain Seyil Birzhan). Excellent game of the captain of "Lodgers" Omirkhan Zhunisov decided the result of the meeting and the fate of the first place. The "Lodgers" team became the winner of the XIV championship of the KSMU having won a hard victory with the score 8:7.
According to another good tradition, all participants of the tournament received memorable souvenirs from the Sports Club of KSMU.

All team players who took prize-winning places were awarded the memorable prizes.
There was defined the symbolic team of the championship according to the results of the tournament:
“The Best Goalkeeper” – Shora Erlan (“Surgery”);
“The Best Defender” – Anarbaev Aziz (“Dormitory 2”);
“The Best Striker” – Asainov Saken (“Therapy”);
“The Best Player” – Seydin Aibar (“General Practice”).
In addition, there were introduced additional nominations for encouragement of the participants:
“The Most Useful Player” – Omirzak Nizamiddin (“Internship”);
“The Most Technical Player” – Tailakbaev Abat (KSTU);
"The Best Beginner" – Shaimurat Islam (“Therapy”);
