The transition to the autonomy of universities is one of the most urgent tasks of modernizing medical education. Decentralization of the organization’s structure contributes to expanding both managerial autonomy and increasing the autonomy and responsibility of university managers in the framework of financial and personnel support of educational, scientific and clinical processes.
During the master class, the staff discussed the main barriers to the transition to autonomy, and proposed two models of the governance structure of our university to address these problems.
At the end of the master-class all participants were awarded the Certificates on participation.
