Within the framework of the program of professional development of the KSMU staff, the Department of Human Resources Management organized and conducted a training seminar "Creating an effective team".
Leading of the seminar-training - Nadezhda Zubova, trainer-consultant, coach DER "HR Consulting". The main areas of work of N.P. Zubova - trainings for development of business skills and managerial skills; human resource management; training of sales and negotiations; service maintenance; telephone communication, telemarketing; team building trainings; personal effectiveness.
The main goal of the training seminar is to build the skills of organizing an effective team, as well as delegation, planning, goal-setting. It should also be noted that during the seminar-training methods were practiced to organize their own and teamwork, the formation of goals and objectives and their subsequent planning, which will allow the staff of the KSMU to organize their work more efficiently.
