With a gold medal from Atyrau
Games of V Olympics of RK among athletes with disabilities were held in Atyrau. 1119 athletes in 16 teams representing 14 regions of Kazakhstan took part in competitions in 11 types of sports.
Karaganda region swimming team among the athletes with musculoskeletal disorders took the first place in the tournament. Student of the KSMU Arailym Auez (3-019 GМ) made a significant contribution to the performance of the Karaganda team. Our athlete won a gold medal in freestyle at the distance of 100 meters and two silver medals at the distance of 50 meters butterfly and freestyle. A talented sportswoman trains under the guidance of the Honored swimming coach of RK Natalia Egorovna Manokhina.
It should be noted that desire for a healthy lifestyle is one of the important components of the future successful work of today's students. Necessary qualities in sports - purposefulness, perseverance and will help to achieve success in everyday life.
