V Tournament of National Sports
On September
29, Sports club of KSMU organized the participation of the university sportsmen
in the "Altyn Saka - 2017" V Regional Tournament of National Sports.
The prestigious tournament, organized under the auspices of the "Zhas Otan" youth wing aims at promoting the development of national sports that develop a sense of patriotism among young people and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Karaganda State Medical University was represented by the participants of the clubs "Asyk Atu" (coach F.A.Batirov) and "Kazak kuresi" (coach A.K.Tusupbekov):
Zhambyl Arukhan (1-001 TPP), Shaltabay Madibek (1-024 GM), Abdualiyev Nurgisa (1-126 GM), Uzakbaev Nurzhan (5-002 FPM), Alimbaev Bauyrzhan (4-073 GM), Mukhamedkali Rinat (4- 016 GM), Sarsenbek Rasul (4-006 GM) and Toibekov Aldiyar (4-010 GM).
18 teams representing all districts of the region took part in the tournament. The KSMU team in "Asyk Atu" confidently reached the final, where in a hard fight lost to the future winners of the tournament - the sportsmen of the Karkaraly district.
