On the basis of the Karaganda State Medical University, the seminar was held in video conferencing regime with the Russian Federation on presentation of the Russian model of the public health service, conducted by the Tyumen Interregional Center for Occupational Safety and Health. The seminar was devoted to health issues, and the topic was: "Criteria of risks and organization of activities of the public authorities in the field of public health" (training party - ANO SVT

"Tyumen Interregional Occupational Health Center"). The seminar was attended by employees of the Department of Public Health of the Karaganda region and employees of the Karaganda Medical University. The seminar was conducted by the Head of the Department of the Health Organization and Public Health Ryakhina Natalia Alexandrovna (Tyumen).

  Lectures were read by Professor of the Department of Occupational Health and Epidemiology of the KSMU E.Sraubaev and Professor of the Department of Nutrition and General Hygiene of the KSMU S.Terekhin, who drew attention to the need for a consistent and methodologically legitimate organization of the public health service.

   During the meeting, topical issues of comprehensive training of specialists in the public health service were discussed.
