On 15th June 2017, a master-class in "Project management organisational structures. Proposal writing for funding (grants)” was conducted by the Director of the Department of Strategic Development and International Cooperation Mr. Hugo Bragioni at the Karaganda State Medical University.

The master-class was a continuation of the master-class in Development of Internationalisation Strategy that was organised in April 2017. However, this time it was more practical and administrative and academic staff covered a list of questions such as “How to implement the Strategy of Internalisation?”, “What are the tools?” and “How to use these tools?”

The master-class was dedicated to the Challenges in Internationalisation of the University in reality in the field of Education, Research, Administrative Management and Service&Infrastructure. After working in groups  participants highlighted the main obstacles to the implementation of Internationalisation in their working places and Mr. Hugo Bragioni helped them to identify the solution. The mean resolution was to encourage employees in a field of Education, Research, Administrative Management and Service& Infrastructure to build a group, develop a proposal and to try to apply for European projects such as Erasmus+ Capacity-building in the Field of Higher Education or other research grants.

Therefore, the next master-class of Mr. Hugo Bragioni will be devoted to the practical issues of the applying process for new projects.
