Ministry for Prevention of  Religious Extremism of  “Samruk”  Student Republic held a contest of presentations on the topic “Extremism as a form of social deviation”, aimed at raising the level of students' awareness in the religious sphere and informing them about such a problem of the modern world as extremism.

The reports were evaluated by such criteria as:

- Compliance of the work with the topic;

- Execution of work;

- Emotional impact on the audience.

The works of the students were evaluated by the jury, consisting of Chairman of Committee for Prevention of  Religious Extremism of  KSMU Nikiforova S.A, Teacher of Department of  History of  Kazakhstan and Social-Political Disciplines Abdrakhmanova K.Zh.

The guests of the event were the following: Rector’s Assistant of KSMU Karasartov A.D, Specialist of  Department of  Human Resource Management of  KSMU Muratov D.M., President of  “Samruk” SR Samatov T.K, Minister for Prevention of  Religious Extremism Akhmetchina M.E.

According to the results of the competition, a 4-year student Aray  Duisenbek was awarded the diploma of III degree. A 4-year student of  Tajik  Medical University named after Abuali ibni Sino Hadjiyeva Robiawas awarded the diploma of  II degree. A 4-year student Zhumabek Tokhtar  became the winner of the contest and was awarded the diploma of  I degree.
