On May 14, traditional " Spring Cross " among teams of the schools , colleges , universities and organizations of Karaganda took place in the city park . Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Karaganda was the organizer of the tournament.

 Karaganda State Medical University was represented by the students of KSMU: V.Rogozin ( 5-115 GM ) , Y.Nikulin ( 1-002 PMB and P ) B.Nurgaziev ( 2-002 GM ), S. Mirzametov ( 2-035 GM ) M.Anarbek ( 1-004 GM ), Z.Oralbekova  ( 2-015 GM ),  A.Koishybayev ( 4-100 GM), O.Rebrin ( 3-069 GM ),  S.Nurzhanova  ( 2-020 GM ) and  S.Rakhimberlina  ( 2-082 GM ) . The trainer of the team is senior teacher of  Department of medical rehabilitation and physical education Daniyar Mukushev.

         Boys competed at the distance of 1 kilometer, girls - 500 meters .

         First at the start of the competition left the teams of the city. This stage was the most massive. The competitions among teams of the universities have been the most spectacular and unpredictable as expected. Here burst the main sensation of the tournament: KSMU team beat the team of KarSU and won the first place.

        All participants of the winning team were awarded the commemorative medals and diploma for participation.
