On March 28-29, Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University conducted the traditional debate tournament among medical universities sanctified to celebration of the 550thanniversary of the Kazakh khanate and the20^th anniversary of constitution.

The participants of the Debate club "Namys" made us happy by prize placesonce again.The specific features of this tournament were as follows: the record number of teams (over 30) and closed terms of realization (the participants knew themes and positions of gameonly in the last minutes).The resolutions of tournament were various, including resolutions dedicatedtothe 550^th anniversary of the Kazakh khanate, medical management, "Salamatty Kazakhstan" and other. 

Student Malikaydar Ayzhan (2-032 GМ) the second year became the winner of tournament(Lincoln-Douglas format).In the team competition our students conquered the 3 place.Our students Seydaly Erzat (3-045 GМ) и and Zhaibagysova Nadira (1-001 GM) became the winners in nomination “Мister and miss of tournament”.For the participants of the Debate club "Namys" this tournament was an excellent possibility for practice before participating in other tournaments of region and republic.The debate club “Namys” thanks the university board and Department of educational and social work for the help and support.
