International Cooperation Department informs about the beginning of accepting applications for mobility at the Ataturk University (Turkey)for the 2019/2020 academic year in the framework of the Mevlana Exchange program.

Deadline for applications: February 25, 2019.

Results will be announced in May, 2019

Requirements:

- The period of mobility of the academic staff is expected from 2 weeks to 3 months;

In order to participate in this program, academic staff should:

-  Fill in the online application by following the link:http://oia.atauni.edu.tr/application/staff/;

-  Attach CV.

Provision:

- Academic staff mobility periods can be minimum two weeks, maximum three months and mobility can only be authorised once in the same academic year. This mobility covers education-training activities such as seminars, panels or conferences and the weekly total hours of the courses must not be less than 6 hours;

- 3500 Turkish lira is paid for the travel at the expense of the program;

- accommodation: all expenses are paid by the staff himself or herself, but if budget management is available Atatürk University may provide accommodation and lunch at the Guest House 1/2/3 for visiting academic staff in the university campus.

- a daily allowance of between 40 and 50 Turkish lira will be paid depending on the science degree.

Academic Staff mobility programmes should be arranged to begin after September 15th 2019, and finish before August 31st 2020.
