Karaganda State Medical University informs you on the holding of the training seminar "Medical Service".

The training program of the seminar consists of three blocks that can be studied both sequentially and independently. The program is aimed at shaping customer focus, increasing sales of medical services, increasing satisfaction and securing customer loyalty to medical services. “Medical Service” training seminar:

Block 1. Marketing and sales of medical services;

Block 2. Medical service and emotional labor;

Block 3. Personal growth and employee motivation.

In the progress of mastering the course, students form competencies and strengthen the skills of customer focus, communication, promotion of services, development of professional empathy and personal growth.

When recruiting a group of 20 students, the training will be 16,000 tenge (sixteen thousand) tenge, including VAT, while recruiting a group of 25 students 13,000 tenge (thirteen thousand) tenge, including VAT.

Training on block 1 "Marketing and sales of medical services" will be held from 07/12/2018 - 08/12/2018 on the basis of Karaganda State Medical University.

Training is conducted by: Master of Economics and Business, EBRD expert in the field of marketing and sales, USAID trainer-consultant, trainer of the branch of the Academy of Public Administration of the Karaganda region, Rozdobudko T.
