the Global International Conference “University autonomy: reality and principles of work ” which will take place on 20-21 November, 2018.

The aim of the Conference is the discussion of various aspects of institutional autonomy.

The focus of the conference is the most relevant topics of empowerment of university autonomy:

¨  organizational autonomy;

¨  financial autonomy;

¨  staffing policy of the university in conditions of autonomy;

¨ authority of the university in academic autonomy, principles of the organization of the educational process;

¨  academic policy of the state in the field of higher education.

This conference will include a panel discussion  "CONSOLIDATION OF MINISTRIES  AND  UNIVERSITIES within the framework of UNIVERSITY AUTONOMY" with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also in the framework of the conference will be held workshops.

Articles and reports should include experience, achievements and results of relevant researches in the field of implementation and development of university autonomy.

Heads of educational institutions, heads of academic work departments, educational and methodological units, heads of HR departments, heads of financial services, scientists and teachers are invited to participate in the conference.
