·  Applications to study within the framework of academic mobility during the spring semester of 2015-2016 academic year in Avicenna Tajik State Medical University will be accepted for the specialties «General Medicine», «Dental Medicine».

·  Applications to study within the framework of academic mobility during the spring semester of 2015-2016 academic year in Bashkir State Medical University will accept the 4 year students of the specialties «Pharmacy».

·  Applications to study within the framework of academic mobility during the spring semester of 2015-2016 academic year in the Bukhara branch of Tashkent State Stomatologic Institutewill accept the 4 year students of the specialties «Stomatology».

Preliminary terms for forwarding within the framework of academic mobility:travel at the expense of own funds of students, training is provided on the basis of existing memorandum of cooperation between the partner-universities, the accommodation is available by agreement between the accepting and the sending institutions.

The documents for the participation within the mobility programme will be accepted until February 1, 2016, from 16.00 till 18.00 by the Department of International cooperation and Bologna process (Main building, 40 Gogol street, office №102).

You should have:

o  Application addressed to the rector (the sample is attached ).

o  Passport ( original and copy).

o  The transcript with the results of the previous period of study.

o  Individual plan of study (copy).
