Embassy of Israel in Kazakhstan provides the following information:
The agency of International Development Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel "MASHAV" conducts an international training course in English in Israel from 06 March to 6 April 2016. The subject of the course is «Educational methodologies Youth At - Risk: Preventing Student Dropouts and Facilitating Reintegration ».
The course is intended for directors of schools, psychologists, teachers, lecturers of teacher training institutions.
To participate in the course a higher education, professional experience in the relevant field and a high level of English proficiency must be relevant.
"MASHAV" program covers the costs for accommodation, meals, tuition fees, insurance for the course, work trips and airport transfers service (back-to-back). The air travel expense to and from Israel are covered by the participants themselves or sponsoring organization of participant.
Application form to participate and the conditions for participation are available on the website of the Embassy of the State of Israel: http://embassies.gov.il/astana ( Departments Embassy → MASHAV → Courses MASHAV ). The documents in electronic version in English should be sent for consideration to the Embassy of Israel in Astana mashav@astana.mfa.gov.il  no latter than 28 of January 2016 year.
