This year the solemn honoring of awarded with departmental awards in honor of Medical Worker's Day at Karaganda Medical University was held at the meeting of the Senate. Chairman of the Board - Rector of "KMU", Professor Anar  Turmukhambetova, congratulated colleagues and presented awards.

The Medal of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Yenbek Ardageri" was awarded:

Professor Karlygash Angelbaevna Alikhanova, Professor Emeritus of the Department of Family Medicine, was awarded the Order "Abzal Jan" for her valuable contribution to health care for the development of primary medical and social care.

1.  "The best doctor of pediatric profile" - Akhayeva Ardak Sekenovna;

2.  "The best doctor of surgical profile" - Yusifov Zamig Alizamin Ogly;
