Summer school of the CSET

From June 28 to July 2, 2021 teachers Yevloeva R.M., Zarovny K.V., Idrisova
G.K. on the basis of the Center for Simulation and Educational Technologies of
NСJSC «KMU», a summer school «Simulation
training on the first emergency aid» was held for undergraduate and internship
students. Students daily practiced skills in pre-hospital and emergency medical
care for the most common life-threatening conditions.
The skills of basic and
extended cardiopulmonary resuscitation in adults and children (BLS, ACLS,
PALS), emergency care for injuries, drowning, burns, respiratory obstruction
using the center's simulation equipment have been worked out. With senior
students every day, they dealt with difficult situations that an emergency
worker may face with a detailed study of the assistance algorithm.
The main goals of consolidating and deepening theoretical knowledge and
practical skills, the development of clinical thinking for their further application
in practice were achieved. Students took a part in the work of the school with
great enthusiasm and highly appreciated the holding of the summer school.
Each participant was awarded a certificate of completion of the Summer
School for the first emergency aid.
