Aliya and Isina Samal second-year residents of the "Allergology and
Immunology, including paediatric" specialty participated in the academic
mobility program at BAU (Batumi International University), Batumi, Georgia
during 2 weeks.
Under the guidance of the BAU Medical School Dean, Professor Akhvlediani Leyla, the residents carried out an advisory-diagnostic appointment for patients with allergic pathology, were introduced to new techniques in the field of modern diagnostics of bronchial asthma on the FeNO apparatus. They discussed the management of patients with immunodeficiency state.
Residents got a lot of new knowledge, as well as great pleasure from a trip to the country, which is rich in its cultural heritage.
