On May 20, the games of the XV football championship of the KSMU was held which is held  since 2014.  As always, the open sports ground on the street Yerubaeva, 32 became the place of hot football battles.

The tournament has been very popular among students since the first championship.  About 100-120 people every Saturday and Sunday during the school year, improve their sports skills participating in the games of tournament.

Today the championship of the university is a real student league with strict regulations, flexible calendar and large number of participants, which allowed the stable supply of qualified players for the university team. 

10 student teams traditionally representing the faculties, specialties and dormitories of KSMU took part in the XV Championship.  Our traditional guest  the KSTU team also took part in the tournament. During the season, the tournament pleased the fans with beautiful goals, exciting fights and unpredictable intrigue. Until the last round it was not clear who would be the winner of the championship. The coveted title of the champion to the team "Internship" (captain Kairbekov Almat) gave victory over the team of KSTU (captain Abat Tailakbaev) in the last round.

  All team players who took prize-winning places were awarded the memorable prizes.

   There was defined the symbolic team of the championship according to the results of the tournament:

  “The Best Goalkeeper” – Beskempir Daniar (“Dentistry”);

  “The Best Defender” – Tailakbaev Abat  (KSTU);

  “The Best Striker” – Ergesh Miras  (“Dormitory 2”);

  “The Best Player” – Kairbekov Almat  (“Internship”).

  In addition, there were introduced additional nominations for encouragement of the participants:

  “The Most Useful Player” – Moldash Darkhan(“Surgery”);

   “The Most Technical Player”  –  Symanov Begzat  (“Lodgers 4”);

   "The Best Fighter" – Taskentbaev Abylai (“Dormitory 1”).
