Meeting with a theologian
On November 14, the Youth Affairs Department
organized a meeting of the teachers of KSMU
with theologian of the "Nurly bilim" public association A.K.Abdrashev.
During the meeting, information about the religious situation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the neighboring countries and in the whole world was provided to the audience.
The problem of preventing the proliferation of extremist and radical ideas among students was actively discussed by the teachers who confirmed the need for respectful attitude to the laws, traditions and customs of Kazakhstan as a secular state.
Summing up, A.K.Abdrashev replied to the many questions about the practical use of the information received to prevent undesirable incentives.
