Autumn! KSMU! Football!
October has come! The traditional troubles
of the beginning of the new school year have already subsided, the students in
dormitories already settled their cozy rooms, freshmen are more or less sorted
out with the location of academic buildings and departments, here, at last, a big football has come to us.
On October 1, the qmu Sports Club gave the start to the XIII Championship of the University of Football.
Football deservedly is considered as sport number 1 in our university. No wonder our university is the only one in Karaganda, whose team performs in the highest league of the regional football championship.
10 student teams representing hostels, faculties, specialties and university departments take part in the thirteenth championship. Our traditional guest KarSTU team also takes part in the tournament.
Championship games are held on Saturdays and Sundays at the Gym No. 2 (Str. Erubaev 32). We kindly invite all football lovers and fans to support their teams in the championship of the University.
