“Rabies:Awareness.Vaccination”
On September 22, Department of Youth
Affairs along with the activists of the "Club of Initiative Students"
organized a round table discussion in KSMU dedicated to the "World Rabies
Day"! The Day is annually celebrated on September 28, which is designed to
attract attention to the problem of the disease spread as well as its
consequences.
During the event, the participants were informed about the symptoms of rabies in humans and animals. There were examined options of eradicating of the disease among people and methods of diagnosis in animals. Visual propaganda about the fight against rabies was also presented to the attention of the audience. Students actively discussed the effectiveness of integrated activities aimed at the elimination of this disease.
