Training "Management in Medical Education and Budgeting Based on the Mission"
Training for Heads of departments on the theme ‘Management in Medical Education and Budgeting Based on the Mission’ started since January 25 to February 05, 2016, according to the project’s Component C implementation "Technology Transfer and Institutional Reform of the Healthcare sector in Kazakhstan" in the Karaganda State Medical University.
The coaches are training under the Program of strategic development of medical education (CSIH, Canada) and enhancing the capacity of Faculty based on the competence approach (UCL, UK).
The training covered topics such as ‘Effective communication and active listening’, ‘Motivation’, ‘Effective planning and efficient learning’, ‘Strategic Planning’, ‘Budgeting based on the mission’, ‘Conflicts. The Ethics’, ‘Mind Mapping’, ‘Time Management’ and ‘Leadership’.
