ANNOUNCEMENT
To students of 2 courses of faculties of the general medicine, public health care and the stomatology, wishing to be trained on military chair, from February 20 to March 20, 2014 to submit applications to a teaching department of military chair (Alalykin St., 7).
Necessary documents:
1. The reference from dean's office that 2 courses with the indication of the code of specialty and number of educational group – 1 piece are the student.
2. The characteristic from the dean's office, gathered on the computer (with the press and the signature of the dean of faculty) – 1 piece.
3. Photocopy of the identity card of the citizen of RK – 1 piece.
4. The photo 3×4, (for men - a dark suit, a light shirt, a tie; for women – a jacket monophonic) – 2 pieces.
5. The file for a private matter.
6. Photocopy of the assigned certificate with a mark about the validity to military service.
