Application procedure for admission to the "Medicine" program for foreign citizens for the 2023-2024 academic year.

1. Submission of documents for consideration by the Admission committee:

Admission of foreign citizens to study at NCJSC "KMU" on a paid basis is carried out based on the results of the entrance exam and interview conducted by the admission committee of NCJSC "KMU" during the calendar year. At the same time, foreign citizens are enrolled in accordance with the academic calendar 5 (five) days before the start of the next academic year.

Acceptance of documents for admission to the 2023-2024 academic year is carried out until 08 August 2023.

 Foreign citizens wishing to enroll in the educational program "Medicine" 6B10102 must submit the following package of documents for consideration by the selection committee:

1. Application (according to Annex 1)

2. Copy of passport

3. Document on secondary education

In the case of providing a complete package of documents for participation in the competition for enrollment, the applicant is issued a certificate of acceptance of documents for consideration by the admission committee. Documents submitted later than the specified deadline or not in full package will not be considered for participation in the competition.

2. Conducting a competitive selection of applicants for admission:

On September 4, 2023, the 1st stage of the competitive selection will take place - testing in 4 core subjects:

●  Mathematics

●  Chemistry

●  Biology

●  English (grammar)

 Students who score more than 70 points out of 100 are allowed to the 2nd stage of the competition.

On September 11, 2023, the 2nd stage of the competitive selection will take place - an online interview with members of the admissions committee, in English, to determine the level of motivational and psycho-emotional compliance of the candidate for studying at the university.

09 September 2023 the results of the 2nd stage are announced.

Applicants who have successfully passed both stages of the competitive selection, in order to be enrolled in the number of students, make a payment of at least 50% of the tuition fee by September 22, 2023, to the bank account of the university and send a payment document/invoice to a member of the admission committee.

On September 25, 2023, an official order of the admission of foreign citizens who have successfully passed the competitive selection and paid at least 50% of the cost of education will be issued.

3. The procedure for enrolling a student

●  The applicant, in case of admission to the university, must provide the necessary documents for issuing an invitation before September 20, 2023 and appear at the university before September 27, 2023.

●  An applicant enrolled in the university must provide all original documents for the formation of a personal file to the dean's office in accordance with Appendix No. 2 by 09/04/2023

Documents in a foreign language are provided with a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian.

Documents on education issued by foreign educational organizations are recognized in the manner and terms established by law.

Note:

Submission of the application and all relevant documents is carried out by applicants independently, by submitting documents for consideration to the responsible member of the admission committee, without the participation and authorization of third parties and consult organizations.
