Announces the contest for the vacant positions:
Internal Audit Service
Head of the Internal Audit Service – 1 unit.
Clinical auditor – 1 unit
Date and time of the beginning and the end of the reception of documents – from August 2,2023 to August 15, 2023, till 18.00 hours.
The applicant shall submit the following documents:
1) A statement in the prescribed form.
2) Copy of the document, certifying the identity of the participants of the competition.
3) Service record of the participant in the prescribed form.
4) A copy of the document of education with the Appendix, with original submission for verification:
- A copy of certificates of education, academic degree, taken by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign educational organizations, copies of certificates of recognition attached or nostrification of these documents issued by the authorized body in the field of education, except for the education documents issued by foreign higher education institutions, scientific centers and laboratories to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan – to owners of the international grant of Bolashak, and subject to an international treaty (agreements) on mutual recognition and equivalency;
- A copy of certificates of education issued to holders of the Bolashak international scholarship is attached with a copy of the certificate of completion of studies on the Bolashak international scholarship of the President of the RK issued by the Center for International Programs Joint Stock Company.
- A copy of certificates of education, subject to an international treaty (agreements) on mutual recognition and equivalency, are attached copies of certificates of recognition of these documents issued by the authorized body in the field of education;
5) Copies of the documents, confirming the employee's work activity, certified by the personnel service at the place of work (acting or final);
6) Certificate of no criminal record;
7) Certificate of absence of corruption offences issued by the authorized body;
8) Two recommendations from individuals, with managerial experience, with whom the candidate worked for at least 2 years;
9) Presentation on the business development strategy.
Persons applying to participate in the competition can provide additional information concerning their education, work experience, professional qualifications and reputation (copies of training documents, ranks, characteristics, recommendations, scientific publications and other information characterizing their professional activities, qualification).
The following persons are not eligible for participation in the Contest:
1) past corruption offences;
2) having removed and outstanding previous conviction;
3) registered in medical institutions.
Qualification requirements for competition participants:
- for the position of head of the internal audit service: higher professional education in the field of economics and finance, and/or accounting, and/or audit; work experience in the field of audit, and/or accounting, and/or finance – at least 5 (five) years; work experience in a managerial position – at least 3 (three) years; knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial professional standards of Internal Audit developed by The Institute of Internal Auditors (The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc); the presence of one of the following certificates or certificates: a certificate in the field of internal audit of the CIA (Certified Internal Auditor); a qualification certificate of an auditor or a certificate of a certified accountant ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants), or a certificate of a professional accountant in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or a diploma DipIFR (Diploma in International Financial Reporting), or a certificate International Professional Accountant CIPA (Certified International Professional Accountant); certificate CISA (Certified information systems auditor) or CISM (Certified information security manager), or ITIL (Information technology infrastructure library); CIPFA (Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accounting), CIPFA public auditor (Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accounting Public Auditor), other similar internationally recognized certificate or certificate; Preferably proficiency in the state and English languages.
- for the position of clinical auditor: higher medical education, Work experience in state health authorities exercising control in the provision of medical services, and/or work experience in a higher medical educational institution, and/or clinical work experience in Republican medical organizations for at least 5 years; Preferably a specialist certificate; Preferably a candidate's degree and/or a doctor of medical sciences clinical specialty; Preferably the presence of a second higher legal and/or economic education; Preferably proficiency in the state and English languages.

- for the position of clinical auditor: higher medical education, work experience in state health authorities exercising control in the provision of medical services and /or work experience in a higher medical educational institution and/or clinical experience in republican medical organizations for at least 5 years, knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the presence of a specialist certificate, the presence of an academic degree, preferably a candidate of medical sciences It is desirable to have a doctorate degree, a second higher legal and/or economic education in a clinical specialty.

Announces the contest for the vacant positions:
School of Dentistry
Dean – 1 unit
Date and time of the beginning and the end of the reception of documents – from 08 February 2023 to 21 February 2023, till 18.00 hours.
Application for participation in the competition is written to the Chairman of the Contest Commission. The list of documents, necessary for participation in the competition:
1. copy of identity card and the original for reconciliation;
3. Copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if available) and the original for reconciliation;
4. the list of scientific works and inventions (if available), certified for employees of NCJSC «MUK» by the Secretary of the Senate; for employees, who don’t work in NCJSC «MUK» persons, authorized to perform this function in the organization;
5. and also other documents, confirming the conformance of an applicant to qualification requirements, as specified in the announcement for the competition.
The participant has the right to submit additional information regarding his education, work experience, professional level (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work, etc.), and documents, confirming work experience and qualifications.
Persons wishing to participate in the competition for the vacant position of the head of the unit should additionally submit a presentation of your vision and development strategy and unit development strategies.
Qualification requirements for competition participants:
- for the position of dean of the School of Dentistry - higher medical education in the specialty "Dentistry", the presence of an academic degree and (or) an academic master's degree and (or) an academic MBA degree and (or) an academic MBA degree, the presence of a general work experience in the field of education for at least 5 years.
