These services cos.qmu.edu.kz online students can receive without leaving home and anywhere in Kazakhstan and in the world. To register on the portal, an individual identification number (IIN) and user e-mail are required. The cos.qmu.edu.kz application is also available on smartphones.A student regardless of location may apply for services on the first day of the vacation period and will receive an answer within one hour by email. Currently, students are given a transcript in a similar way, in the future it is planned to switch to full digitalization and all documents will be signed and issued electronically, ”said Mahabbat Kultenova, director of the department for digitalization and process automation.

             From January 1, 2019, the KSMU Student Service Center of KSMU has entered a new format of work. The innovation was introduced in the framework of the State Program "Digital Kazakhstan - 2020" and designed to simplify the procedure for providing services.
