Dear students!
We are pleased to assist you in obtaining the necessary documentation as quickly as possible, including in the area of public services.
You can issue and receive the following documents:
- certificates confirming the student's enrollment in the university (including certificates for the State Center for the Validation of Education);
- certificates for submission to the Embassy;
- certificates of scholarship receipt;
- certificates of tuition cost;
- application for a transcript;
- application for permission to make up for missed classes;
- application for re-studying a subject;
- change of personal data (name change);
- application for eviction from the dormitory;
- refund of the paid amount for accommodation in the dormitory;
- refund of the paid amount for tuition;
- application for voluntary expulsion;
- clearance form;
- application for the issuance of a Halyk Bank card, which has a pass system function through turnstiles in all university buildings and dormitories; for grant students – for scholarship transfer.
Public services provided by the University Services Center:
- transfer to another university / from another university
- reinstatement of students in the university;
- granting of academic leaves
