Date and time of the beginning and the end of the reception of documents – from 02 November 2022 to 15 November 2022, till 18.00 hours.

The candidate submits documents to the Secretary of the Competition Commission in person or by e-mail/courier service, needed to participate in the contest, no later than at the indicated deadline.

Application for participation in the competition is written to the Chairman of the Contest Commission. The list of documents, necessary for participation in the competition:

1.  copy of identity card and the original for reconciliation;

2.  a copy of the diploma of higher education, academic and/or academic qualification, document of the academic rank and the original for reconciliation (for persons holding a diploma from another State, it is necessary to provide, passed the procedure of apostilled and nostrified);

3.  Copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if available) and the original for reconciliation;

4.  the list of scientific works and inventions (if available), certified for employees of NCJSC «MUK» by the Secretary of the Senate; for employees, who don’t work in NCJSC «MUK» persons, authorized to perform this function in the organization;

5.  and also other documents, confirming the conformance of an applicant to qualification requirements, as specified in the announcement for the competition.

The participant has the right to submit additional information regarding his education, work experience, professional level (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work, etc.), and documents, confirming work experience and qualifications.

Persons wishing to participate in the competition for the vacant position of the head of the unit should additionally submit a presentation of your vision and development strategy and unit development strategies.

Qualification requirements for competition participants:

- to the position of the head of public relations service - higher educationin the specialty «Journalism», work experience in the specialty at least 5 years, knowledge of English.

- to the position of library director - higher professional education, at least 5 years of managerial experience in the library.

- to the position of the head of career development center – higher education, work experience in educational institutions at least 3 years.

- to the position of director of the institute of life sciences – higher medical education, the degree of doctor or candidate of sciences, the existence of a scientific publications, experience of scientific and organizational work at least 5 years.

- to the position of the chief of the department of scientific work - higher education, the existence of an academic degree, academic rank or degree, experience of scientific work at least 5 years.

- to the position of the chief of the department of academic work– higher education, the existence of an academic degree, work experience in educational institutions at least 5 years.

- to the position of the head of the laboratory for the collective use– higher medical education, doctor of science degree (candidate), scientific works, certificates of authorship for inventions, and also practical results, scientific authority in the relevant field of knowledge.

- to the position of the chief of the department of informatization– higher technical education in the field of IT-technologies and work experience in this field at least 3 years.

- to the position of director of infrastructure development department - higher professional (economic) education and work experience at least 3 years in the specialty in the field of business management.

- to the position of the chief physician of the clinic of medical university – higher education in the field of medicine, the existence of the second higher education in the field economy/finance and credit/right/business administration or the existence of master's degree in the specialties «Public health», «Healthcare management», «Management» or «Medicine» (for persons who have completed their studies in the scientific and pedagogical magistracy till 2011 year), «Business administration», «Business Management», «Economy», «Finance and credit» or the existence of academic degrees/doctor of PhD; work experience in managerial positions in the health sector at least 2 years.

- to the position of the chief physician of the occupational health clinic- higher medical education and/or the second higher education in the field economy/finance and credit/right/business administration or master's degree in the specialties «Public health», «Healthcare management», «Management» or «Medicine» (for persons who have completed their studies in the scientific and pedagogical magistracy till 2011 year), «Business administration», «Business Management», «Economy», «Finance and credit», or the existence of an academic degrees/doctor of PhD, work experience in managerial positions in the health sector at least 2 years.
